My first run after the half marathon. Not bad. I didn't have in mind to go fast just a nice steady run. The plan is to do 5 miles each day during the week. Sat. off and we'll see about Sunday. Next week will be determinied in the days ahead. I was really low mood-wise the last few days. I can't not run more than 3-4 days and if I go longer, I pay dearly....not good!

I don't like it! I don't want it! But I've got it! And once you have it, you always have it. But I can do something about it and that is what this blog is about. My journey to better health and wellness. Yes, for the rest of my life!!!
