This was my big run before the half marathon. I was very happy to be able to get through it with minimal pain and no breathing problems. My knees were hurting on and off but I could tell it was nothing I couldn't run through. I am excited about December 5th. Now, I only need to do 3-5 mileseach run before the race and increase my speed, if I can, to keep me up to par for the race day.

This was from the run on Thursday which I guess I forgot to post. A good run...I took some Excedrin Migraine for back pain that day and it allowed me to run faster and without any pain.

Diabetes Sucks!!!
I don't like it! I don't want it! But I've got it! And once you have it, you always have it. But I can do something about it and that is what this blog is about. My journey to better health and wellness. Yes, for the rest of my life!!!
