Time keeps on slippin' into the future...

Ah, yes, time - it is so unforgiving yet the very thing we all have to live by. In the last six months, I have lost 20 lbs, walked over 500 miles at a 15 minute/mile pace and lessened my clothing size from 16 to 14. And that size is fairly loose now.

The first goal I had was to weigh in under 170. I achieved that last week. The next goal is to wear a pair of size 12 red jeans I have had for several years by Valentine's Day. I think I can do that. I only want to lose 1-2 lbs per week for the next 6 months. If I can achieve that, I will be down to my ideal body weight and out of the overweight range. I was at the top of that, a pound away from being obese, this past summer. Now, I am just under midway in the overweight category. I need to drop 10 more lbs to be at the top of the ideal weight category and 22 more lbs to be at my ideal weight for my height, and age. The calculator is easy. Click here to t
