Happy and healthy

Another day behind. Better mood on Thursday as I was happy to get out and exercise. I ran most of the way. It felt okay. Sore calves still but doable. I'm trying to soak my legs every morning in a mildly hot bath of epsom and dead sea salts. Plus stretching while I'm in the tub. I think it is helping some.

Go, Karen, Go...

I absolutely did not want to exercise today. My mood was really low and I just wanted to curl up and sleep. I did nap in the afternoon for an hour and a half but as 5:30 approached, I just felt this inclination to get out and do what I could. As usual, I felt much better when I was done. I kept the time under an hour and I was glad that I went out. If I don't get out and do my 5 miles, after 3 days, I'm toast!
