I did the 5 mile walk/run in the evening. The weather here has been fairly unpredictable but I am trying to get out every chance I can. Still far away from my monthly goal but still walking as much as I can.

Hairspray Part 2

I forgot to do my FBS before I had my juice so I will try and take it tomorrow.

KJ and I went to PF this afternoon and I did a 10 minute mile on the elyptical plus upper body workout and abs. Then, I made lasagna when I got home so the guys could have a pasta dinner and then I left for a 5 mile walk...that is until a zap of lightning and then clap of thunder followed closely behind about 10 seconds after I walked out the door! I even checked the WFTV Radar Doppler 9 HD for the latest tracking and Oviedo wasn't shown as having showers nearby. GEEZ!!! So, I went upstairs and hopped on the treadmill for an hour + with about 3 miles of running as I finished watching the movie Hairspray. I really liked the music. John Travolta was a hoot!

So, now, I am eating my dinner...a big salad with egg, bacon bits, lots of veggies and .....yum..... Green Goddess dressing. I haven't seen that for years. I am avoiding the pasta and garlic cheese bread. I want to drop down into the 140's before the holidays!!!
