2008 is great! First Walk of the year...

I walked my 5 miles back at home since returning from TN yesterday. I will log all of my walks now to see just how far I go in one year. Last year I estimated a good 500 miles but didn't record it. It might have been more. My 2008 goal is 1,000 miles. That is an average of 4 days a week of walking 5 miles each time. I have walked 7 miles at least 15 times so that would be another 30 miles. Anything over 1,000 will be an extra helping of good for my body. Maybe I will have more walking goals to add as the year goes on. I do have other goals that are more weight and size related. The first is to wear my red jeans for Valentine's Day. I will set another goal as that one gets closer.
