Days going fast...

My long run of the week...time was pretty good considering the heat and humidity were very high for the end of September. Running the full four miles was difficult but I am determined to keep up the training for the half marathon. I have to do this. i just have to.

97 days left until the end of the year and I have kept up with the situps. 400 done, 9,600 left to go...

98 days and 300 situps done as of last night. (I also went to PF for upper body and abs so I actually did 300 more situps this week total!!!) I won't include the elyptical this time.

Added an extra mile for a total of 3 miles straight running. KJ joined me and he kept my pace up so I was a minute quicker per mile on my run over Tuesday's. Thanks KJ!

100 days until the end of the year...

100 sit-ups done...9,900 to go...

September 23rd marks the 265 day total. So, with 100 days left, I have decided to add a routine of 100 sit-ups per day to my half marathon trainning. That is in addition to my Planet Fitness abd. machine workouts. My goal is 10,000 for a hundred days in a row!!! My abs will thank me...esp in a midriff!!!
