My longest run again! 10 miles...I will beat it next Saturday when I go for 11!!! Amazing weather, an early start, I saw Teagan doing her run at the same time, what a morning for a new record!

Another achievement! My fastest time yet! The weather was wonderful...breezy and 70 degrees. Sun was going down fast. Humidity was 45%...a great running day!!! Tomorrow is off day...I will try to get to the gym and ice my shins down. They are throbbing a little tonight.

Just a few seconds off yesterday's pace but still really good. I keep sweating a lot but it doesn't stop me. And the only thing that slows me down is pain or breathing problems. Neither have been an issue this week, thank goodness! It's all good! :)

Running stronger everyday...

Wow!!! My fastest yet again! I am plugging along this week, so far. I attribute it to the monthly cycle and hormonal influence. Plus the weather is finally cooling down. Today was mostly overcast which also helps. Humidity is still high...prol around 70-75%. Bad for the breathing but I am still keeping a good, steady, quick pace! I'm psyched about December 5th!

I don't use no stinkin' easy button!

Today was supposed to be the EZ" run. I made it not-so-EZ!!! I had cramps in my thighs (quads) all day on and off...but when I got out to run, they weren't there so I decided to see what I could do. The humidity was high but it was overcast with no rain and "felt" cooler even though the temp gauge said 78. So I went out and was able to keep a great pcae without overheating, coughing much or having any pains other than from the run yesterday. (Soreness pains) My heart must be getting stronger and I can move quicker. Maybe i will have a faster pace than I thought. Or at least keep a decent pace throughout the entire 13.1 miles! That would be cool!
