First Post-Relay walk...

Good walk. A bit sore but what the heck! It will take a few weeks for me to get back in the groove. The weather is warming up so I don't walk until 6 pm. I may have to make some changes in how I do dinner. It will interfere unless I cook before I walk.

Nicee day!

I had a wonderful massage. The calves were really sore but I know I needed them "kneaded" so I did my slow breathing and felt much better afterwards. I am ready to rumble as my friend Linda Wellman always says!!! Tomorrow will be a walking day!

Break time...and yes, I broke my plateau

I am taking a break from walking for a few days while my blisters on my foot heal. (Not heel!)

My blood sugar can easily be attributed to the big mac, large fries and large choclate/shamrock mixed shake I had for dinner last evening! I am not proud of the FBS but I really was satisfied after eating that meal. Back to eating better this week. I indulged for a while!

I am pleased that my weight has broken the 160 lbs mark. It was just the incentive I needed to move on...though, I won't be walking 47 miles each time I need to break a plateau!!! LOL
