PF early afternoon for upper body/abs/back and then made dinner followed by a quick...okay, not so quick 5 mile run. The hour and ten includes the 8:41 on the elyptical for an extra mile today but I was just under 1n hour and two minutes which i was hoping was faster since I have been running most of the distance anymore. Unfortunately, it was so humid...it had just rained. but, I plugged on.

Diabetes Sucks!!!
I don't like it! I don't want it! But I've got it! And once you have it, you always have it. But I can do something about it and that is what this blog is about. My journey to better health and wellness. Yes, for the rest of my life!!!
