My big day

I went to Planet Fitness and did a mile on the elyptical plus the 5 usual ones. It was hotter than I expected but I muddled through in decent time. (an hour and 8 minutes) My PF moments were just with lower body and abdominals. I think I did well. I hope to be back more often now that I have dropped below 150 for 2 days.

The weather is getting more bearable during the day. I am able to run close to 3 miles and not get winded. THe humidity is down about 10-15% on the whole also. That helps the breathing capacity a lot.
