What a way to start February...

Weight - 150 lbs. (yeah, I really partied for the Superbowl!!!)

I forgot the first day of the month FBS and didn't do it today either. Tomorrow's the day.

I had to do the treadmill today because it was pouring out and I didn't want to skip. I did a mile on the elyptical at PF along with the full upper and lower body workout. Then I ran on the tread mill. I can't run as fast on the treadmill as I can out on the pavement but it is still the increase in heart rate that counts.
