Time off...now back on track..

Good walk time for today. No problems with my legs. Great weather. I am relishing it.

My total for February was right on target. March will be an interesting month because with the Relay For Life I will have about 50 miles in the 18 hour walking. That will set me forward quite a bit. So, I haven't decided how to do the month as I am also wanting to do my "The Firm" exercise videos which are a replacement for the walks, not in addition to. And I want to go to Planet Fitness for some machine work.

I was happy with my FBS today. And I am not thinking anything negative about the weight. Well, I did lose a couple lbs from last week but since January, I have leveled off, basically. What I am noticing on a regular basis is the change in the way my clothes feel on me. And I also can notice some "shifting" of weight, too. That plateau is temporary and when I start to lose again, it will mean another pant size. Right now, I can wear the ones I was previously in at my heaviest but they are extremely loose - practically falling off! So, when I do start a trend downward again, it looks like I will have to break down and buy a couple of pairs of new jeans/slacks!!! *happy sigh*
