I walked a bit slower and wanted to catch up to keep my time below 20 minutes/mile. I jogged for a half mile and was able to keep my time at just around 15:20/mile. A very good walk! No pain and I felt much better after i walked...very tired this am.

Diabetes Sucks!!!
I don't like it! I don't want it! But I've got it! And once you have it, you always have it. But I can do something about it and that is what this blog is about. My journey to better health and wellness. Yes, for the rest of my life!!!
