KJ and I went to PF and did upper body/abs/back and then I ran 2 miles when we got home. I was hoping the sun would stay behind the clouds but, no, I ran in the sun. Luckily, there are a lot of trees along Lockwood Blvd. to the south. Tomorrow is my niece's wedding. I'm not sure if i will run or not but I know I will be taking the day off from PF.
