I wasn't in a good frame of mind for most of last week. I don't know why. It was also very windy and rainy Thursday, Friday and Saturday with barometric pressures changing frequently. I had numerous headaches and just decided to take a rest and not push myself. I didn't expect the fast time I had today but I guess that's what happens when you let your body rest and relax for some time. So, not all bad. I may have to rethink my walking schedule and goal. I think I might benefit more from doing cross training and not as much walking. I will think about it more before I make any decisions.

Tomorrow will start a new week for weight and FBS. I think everything will be in order. At least I hope it will be. This is my sewing and Bunko week so I will be out and about. I haven't been to my workout place so I want to try and go there, too. Friday is the Relay. I want to be injury free for that so I won't be doing any walking on Thursday.
